Not a fault. I love this masterwork! I wholeheartedly agree with my good man Segue. The only changes I would make would be to put the 10+ on Force Ten, Open Secrets, and Turn the Page (in fact, I did put it on Turn the Page, because I think you left it off your list altogether, brother). It won't let me edit! But yeah, TTP is another 10, and I agree with your extra +, and I am glad I am not alone in loving the last two songs. I really do not get the hate! In fact, I am not sure I understand how you could rate the first eight songs so highly, and then claim the last two songs suck! They match the brilliance of all that came before it! Better songs were released on earlier Rush albums (MP comes to mind), but HYF is the only eighties Rush release that I can listen to from start to finish without once looking forward to the next song.
