Sometimes I buy a smoked salmon spread for sandwiches. It's very good. Never bought up here. A friend went fishing and caught a few salmon last week. Actually a sad comparison to the brisket we had at Rudy's BBQ in Oklahoma City a few weeks ago. At least the tater salad was on point.
