I thought it was a keyboard or heavily treated guitar but I'm totally hearing it now. Cool. Also cool to read about Alex (and not Geddy as I would normally assume) coming up with a lot of the string parts used on various songs, and him coming up with the piano part on The Garden (again, I would have expected Geddy here) that was later played by Ged's buddy on the record.
