Strange trend I have of recent...a critically acclaimed (well deserved as well) film that everyone knows and on the opposite extreme, an international/obscure film that's also critically acclaimed in its own right.

I recognize that bit of music from Zimmer's score in one scene of the movie that has been used in so many trailers like Presumed Innocent and A Time To Kill. Kind of like how that bit near the end of Aliens was used for a lot of trailers.

Speaking of (albeit hilariously) bad movies. Saw that on Rifftrax not too long ago. Worst Cruise movie I've seen so far. Speaking of Rifftrax...

Someone describes this as the best Hitchcock film that Hitchcock never made.

Beast Within is an underrated 80s horror movie.

It was entertaining but it was never explained how they were able to change into those things, or what they really were or why he had to kill everybody who was a Curwin including his girlfriend or why they fed dead bodies to Billy in the cellar. It was all a bit vague. Meanwhile the cast was a virtual who's who of character actors.
