ReRushed
I loved Stop Making Sense when it was released. I must've seen it at the 8th Street Playhouse a half a dozen times.

burgeranacoke
Best concert film, easy... Stop Making Sense Personally as far as the Talking Heads go, I like watching Talking Heads in Rome, but it is a poor film. Favorite Rush concert film. I am partial to R30. Rush in Rio is fine but I really do not like the sound as much as R30. I do not have S&A, am I missing something? The most disappointing concert film to me is LZ "The Song Remains the Same" don't know why but I fall asleep at every attempt at watching it. pedro2112
Cunning Stunts is excellent. Clapton in Hyde Park is also quite good. I'm really enjoying Porcupine Tree's Anesthesize.

Principled Man
QUOTE (KenJennings @ Jul 21 2011, 11:01 PM) Great picks, I was at WtWTA, I always love seeing Vai live. Vai is great, but don't you think that he gets carried away sometimes? I love the concert film, but on a few songs, his codas just went on forever, and I found myself fast-fowarding! I mean, enough is enough! Let's go to the next piece.....!

The things that man can do live... at the Fitzgerald in St. Paul a few years back, he wore a suit covered with lazers and just soloed away... I couldn't STOP watching... Really quite hypnotic. briremo
Clapton at Hyde Park is also great for me RIR-best performance ever & all time worst audio and video ever OK, don;t laugh...Madonna's Truth or Dare was a pretty good film. Ignoring all the stupid shit she does, the directing, audio and camera work was top notch. She is a great performer. LZ's SRtS has some great stuff on it too.
