Is she progressing well? She's doing great so far. She is still a little anemic and there is a small issue with her kidneys that they are confident that she will out grow. She is growing almost an ounce a day, so that is terrific. She is also very aware. If she isn't hungry or grumpy, if you just look at her now, she will smile at you. It's so damn cute. She only cries when she is tired, hungry, or cold. When she isn't tired or hungry, she loves to smile. All you have to do is look at her, and she will flash you a smile. She loves going outside and just looking at everything. She just scans back and forth, taking it all in. We took her to her first White Sox game a few weeks ago, and she loved it. She was just watching EVERYTHING, and eventually fell asleep around 10:00 PM. She is also starting to sleep better at night. Our doctor told us that we can let her sleep now and no longer have to wake her up and feed her, so if I feed her at 11:00, she'll make it until 5:00 - 6:00 in the morning before she reminds us it's time to eat. The mom in me is having heart palpitations but the baseball fan in me is saying, "Right on!" We're taking the boys to their first Mariners game next month. The oldest is five. Youngest is two. Glad to hear Keira did so well at the game. I predict our oldest is going to have a hard time settling down (he has autism and ADHD). I think the 2-year-old will be totally happy though. He's fine with sitting back and chilling out as long as the food keeps coming. (Is it sad that my almost two-year-old shares the same wardrobe with my five-year-old?).
