ColdFireYYZ
QUOTE (metaldad @ Dec 6 2010, 02:09 PM) No more S&A songs . Enough already I don't mind if they keep Far Cry, but it would be nice if they dropped Working Them Angels and Faithless for Jacob's Ladder or some stuff from Signals. I want to hear The Weapon or The Analog Kid live. Yeah but Geddy's been hitting the high part of Freewill lately ("Each of us, a cell of awareness!") so maybe he can sing Farewell to Kings now too somehow? I'd also say play Open Secrets but damn that's a complicated bassline I wonder if he'd have trouble re-learning that thing again. Don Quixote
If they keep the encore, ditch the funky intros. I'd rather see them rip it up on LVS, and then do like they did on R30 and let Alex stand out there with the spotlight shredding the crap out of the intro to Working Man, cranked to 11. amish_ashaman
I don't see them changing the videos up so I think we are stuck with Spirit of Radio as the opener and so on. I'd really like to see it flipped with Far Cry, but oh well. I don't think that any of the songs with a time related theme like Time Stand Still or Workin' Them Angels will be replaced. I think most of the setlist is set in stone, with possible exceptions being Stick It Out, Leave That Thing Alone, Faithless and Closer to the Heart. If CTTH got dropped, it would have to be for something like The Trees, or possibly even Jacob's Ladder if they have actually considered doing that song. I could envision something like The Big Money or something from GUP replacing Faithless, and I would love to see Stick It Out replaced with Between Sun and Moon, although Animate would probably be much more likely. In all, IF they change anything, I'd be surprised if it was more tha 4 songs, although 2-3 is more like I would expect.
