I wonder, what the hell was going through that woman's mind when she did that? I hope she doesn't get away with it, someone's bound to notice a live cat in their trash bin and do something about it. Also, I've heard Britain has a high percentage of security cameras, I wonder how this woman didn't know there was one in her neighborhood.
