rushgoober
1969 I bet I have somewhere between 50-200 titles from that year ( ), and it would take me hours to figure out which cd's from my collection are from that year, so I'll just leave you all with this:
rushgoober
BTW, how do people know so readily what years all your music is from? I have a running excel document of all my cd's, but it doesn't include years - it would be an enormous project to research and put years in there, and I never had a good reason to do that... Just go to Wikipedia and type in "19?? in music" A list of at least alot of the major releases should be there.. There wont be alot of obsucure stuff... but if you like me have iTunes and have the year on the album...that is helpful as well. You can also go to the wikipedia page "Progressive Rock Timeline" and go to the certain year you want to go to... that will help

I have many other Beatles albums, Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin did not start releasing albums until 1969, and the 2 albums by Hendrix were 1966 and 1967 respectively, However, this 1968 album looked really interesting, and I am very curious about it: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/5/58/Two_Sides_of_Leonard_Nimoy.jpg

rushgoober
people have great ideas for determining how many albums you have in a certain year, but none of them are convenient for me: I don't have itunes wiki only lists popular albums, and i have a lot of obscure albums along with popular ones rateyourmusic is great if you have all your cd's on your account, which i don't. if i was to search through 1969, i'd have to search through probably thousands of albums to find the ones i have. alas, there's no quick and easy way for me to find out how many albums i have in a certain year - it would be hours of research! peace, goob
