iron-priest18 Posted July 19, 2008 Posted July 19, 2008 Working Man, just simply Here Again at a close second
mikerudamann Posted July 27, 2008 Posted July 27, 2008 Very hard to pick a favorite song from the first album. They're all good. But, I voted Working Man anyway.
Mystic Slipperman Posted August 6, 2008 Posted August 6, 2008 Working Man gets the vote. But...gotta give props to both Finding My Way and Here Again..
Rushlover13 Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 Call me crazy, What you doing is my favoite, "I know, what your doing, all that you been doing wrong" Great!
mulletst0rm Posted October 9, 2008 Posted October 9, 2008 Here Again because the soft spot I have for Power Ballads. If Rutsey didn't split they could have been Triumph.
ChroniclesOfRush Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 My favorite song off the first album is Here Again hands down . It's my favorite to play as well. I have never heard a band properly cover that song so it was the first I resurrected when we got back to playing out.
Anthemic Posted October 28, 2008 Posted October 28, 2008 Working Man is the only song on this album that is worth a damn.
hogwash Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 Definitely Working Man. Finding My Way and Here Again are also worth mentioning.
Steevo Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 Working Man by a landslide. A killer riff that is undeniable!!
EmotionDetector Posted January 28, 2009 Posted January 28, 2009 WORKING MAN However, I'd like to give props to HERE AGAIN, as it's really grown on me over the past year!
Snowdog92 Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 my favourite from the bands debut is finding my way. in the mood comes in a close second and working man comes third
ghostworks Posted March 28, 2009 Posted March 28, 2009 QUOTE (EmotionDetector @ Jan 28 2009, 02:13 PM) WORKING MAN However, I'd like to give props to HERE AGAIN, as it's really grown on me over the past year! HERE AGAIN (every time I think we don't agree, you caveat your answer with my favorite, ED! *see the rest of the Best Songs threads*) what are we, twins?
greg2112 Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 Im a huge Need Some Love fan! Followed by Before and After. I like the deeper tracks on this one
TheWater Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 Need Some Love this makes me sooooo happy (I need some love too... )
The Analog dude Posted June 14, 2009 Posted June 14, 2009 Working Man, finding my way is a very close second.
goose Posted August 29, 2009 Posted August 29, 2009 QUOTE (PumpkinHead @ Aug 5 2009, 03:48 PM) "Finding My Way"
Sonatine Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 "Working Man", just love the raw grungy, industrial feel about that song.
8719_1649983102 Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Before and after It is simple, progressive, deep and sad... Love it
Geddy's 80s Mullet Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 "Working Man" - I dig the Black Sabbath-ishness to this track. "Finding My Way" is a close second though, if for no other reason than the killer opening riff, and Geddy's impression of an overcaffeinated Robert Plant - "OOOH YAYUH OOOH YAYUH FINDING MY WAAAAY!!"
