No, I'm quite fine with the basic concepts of mathmatics. Especially the part about how it is mathmatically impossible to increase something by zero. You also can't increase something by a negative number. The definition of increase is "to make greater in size". Unless the laws of the universe have somehow changed this week and I just missed it, if you add or multiple something by zero it does not change, therefor it does not increase.
