Snowdog Posted July 17, 2009 Share Posted July 17, 2009 Its a great show, no doubt. I still enjoy it each week. But I do miss the shows roots (no pun intended). The whole premise of this white bread suburban mom becoming a pot dealer made for great storylines. The newer eps are still good, but, imo, not as good as the first few seasons. I definitely agree 100% spoiler.... you could say that when Nancy and the gang flee the Agrestic wildfires is the "jump the shark" moment of the series in all honesty....even though it is still a pretty good show but since then the dynamics of the whole show changed at that time. theredtamasrule Posted August 4, 2009 Share Posted August 4, 2009 This season has been touch n go; the season premier with the spontaneous dancing in Mexico...we thought the shark had clearly been jumped. But it's gotten better and I never thought I'd see Andy Botwin as the responsible type. And I miss the hell out of Conrad, Halia, and her daughter. I'm hoping that somehow things get straightened out and they wind up back at Agrestic/Majestic. Poor Shane. If it's against the rules to post that, pretend I never typed it. I wish it was an hour show. These half-hour shows seem to be over in like 5 minutes.
