The Analog Cub
Started running again today. It got above 60 over here today so if I run my chest won't collapse. Did 2 miles today, would like to get 3 tomorrow, but forecast is calling for rain :(

goose
Keep it up, BC!!! I did 08km last night, in 41min29s...still recovering from the half marathon I did two Sundays ago.A half-marathon is tough on the body...especially when you're a few pounds overweight like me! I've been running with the dogs...about a 3.5 mile loop. It's good for all three of us! I used to be a six-mile guy, but my job has me spending lots of desk time and it's taking it's toll. Rod in Toronto
I'm impressed mate!!!! I found out this week that I'll run the Rio Marathon in July, so I'll steadily increase the mileage in the next few weeks. I hope I can do it in less than four hours this time. barney_rebel
Well I didn't do as well as the last race. The last 5k killed me. It killed everyone. The humidity kicked in and everyone was disappointed. 38:41 http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b277/barney_rebel/20150510_093044_zpsuiftevel.jpg
