madra sneachta Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 QUOTE (Stickman @ Apr 6 2005, 02:48 PM) I don't know - Mr Wentworth just told me to come in here and say that there was trouble at the mill, that's all - I didn't expect a kind of Spanish Inquisition. Sorry - this has to be done Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!!
Stickman Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 NOBODY expects the Spanish Inquisition! Our chief weapon is suprise...surprise and fear...fear and surprise.... Our two weapons are fear and surprise...and ruthless efficiency.... Our three weapons are fear, surprise, and ruthless efficiency...and an almost fanatical devotion to the Pope.... Our four...no...Amongst our weapons.... Amongst our weaponry...are such elements as fear, surprise.... I'll come in again.

Sark Posted April 8, 2005 Posted April 8, 2005 What is your name? Sir Galahad of Camelot. What is your quest? I seek the Grail. What is your favorite color? Blue. No yelahhhhhhhhhhhh!
invisibleairwaves Posted April 8, 2005 Posted April 8, 2005 What is the average airspeed of a swallow? African or european? I don't know that...AAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUGGGGHHHHHH!
Arndrake Posted April 8, 2005 Posted April 8, 2005 Follow. But. Follow only if ye be men of valour, for the entrance to this cave is guarded by a creature so foul, so cruel that no man yet has fought with it and lived. Bones of full fifty men lie strewn about its lair. So, brave knights, if you do doubt your courage or your strength, come no further, for death awaits you all with nasty, big, pointy teeth.
invisibleairwaves Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 (edited) One of the goals of this expedition is to see if we can find any trace of last year's expedition. My brother was leading that one. They were going to build a bridge between the two peaks. It was my idea. Edited April 9, 2005 by invisibleairwaves
Sark Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 Are you leading this expedition? Yes, we are leading this expedition. And what routes will you both be following?
invisibleairwaves Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 I've lost all confidence in this expedition. Well, how about you? I'm game, sir!
Stickman Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 Mr Ken Andrews, of Leighton Road, Slough has concealed himself extremely well. He could be almost anywhere. He could be behind the wall, inside the water barrel, beneath a pile of leaves, up in the tree, squatting down behind the car, concealed in a hollow, or crouched behind any one of a hundred bushes. However we happen to know he's in the water barrel. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v608/Stickman1984/hownotti.jpg
invisibleairwaves Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 And the aptly named Sir Not-Appearing-In-This-Film.
madra sneachta Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 If they took the bones out it wouldn't be crunchy!!
Chasartymac Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 An apology. We are sorry to those of you who have come into this thread thinking it is about those humourous chappies, Monty Pythons Flying Circus. It is, in fact, a thread dedicated to discussing Norwegian carpenter's songs. This was due to an error in the topic department and has been rectified. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Chasartymac Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 We apologise for the previous apology. This apology was made in error and should not have appeared in this thread. This thread is NOT, as previously stated, about norwegian carpenter's songs, but a thread dedicated to those marvelously witty fellows, Monty Python's Flying Circus.
