Only problem with that idea is....we don't get any free copies of the calendars. All we do is collect the photos, upload them to a printing company and they turn those pics into the calendars, then they sell them for us. You're buying these calendars directly from them, not us. If I want one, I have to buy one -- just like everybody else.

Necromancer
QUOTE (blonde77th @ Oct 16 2006, 08:31 PM) Now you tell them this Nuh-uh. I told them that right at the beginning. I been printing since right out of high school. The place I work at would let me do it on my own time, just like they let me run my own comics when I write them. The only thing I'd have to job out would be the bindery work. We don't have the facilities for that kind of work, but i'm connected EVERYWHERE around here when it comes to printing. The tradeoff is when people get married or have big events, I do their invitations and stuff like that too. Sometimes they let me do that work while i'm on the clock (if it's slow), but there's been times I had to run it during lunch or after hours. They've never even charged me for plates. I usually buy my own ink and paper though for my comics since they are of a different variety than my shop keeps on hand.
