When I was in college they played literally down the street from us in the town rec center, 1982. I had not heard of them yet and I didn't have the $6.00 for a ticket. LONG time ago I was friendly with someone who worked on music tours. He had a low opinion of "The Edge". Bono...everyone loves Bono. What is there to not like. U2 is not everyone's cup of tea. Tickets go on sale on Friday, October 7 at 10am local times. The fan club presale was today. So in theory you would have already gotten the code. I was a member for a couple of years but didn't renew it because it didn't seem like anything was going on.
