jamie Posted January 27 Share Posted January 27 It sucks having to bake and frost up to 30 cakes in a day when you’re only getting paid $16/hour and each cake is sold for $27. Then you also have to make 30-50 individual shortcakes, 1-2 eclair cakes, and take care of the less fun parts of prep. You have to endure 8 hours on your feet, bending, crouching, climbing up and down stairs repeatedly. You have to do that for at least 20 hours a week to pay rent and your car payment.
