Mystic Slipperman
Hey all - I'm listening to the Laserdisc of A Show of Hands... man, makes me wish they had done an expanded CD release of it to include more tunes! I'm curious as to what your favorite live Rush releases are... and yes, this DOES include the "non-official" ones too, if you're into that sort of thing. I'll list mine after I've had some time to think about it.
Narps
The first one is the best one... :codger:
Brucey
It might be a generational thing, but my favourites are the newer ones, of which their are a lot.

Rick N. Backer
Exit is by far the best track list and performances, but it doesn't feel too "live." ASoH has the worst track list by miles. R40 is pretty spotty performance-wise. Either AtWaS or Stages is probably the best blend of songs and feel. The problem with AtWaS is it doesn't have their best tunes. Rio is the best of 2000s.

Eel Yddeg
Different Stages '78. Packed with '70s epics, Geddy at his peak, and NO overdubs.
Segue Myles
Different Stages. ATWAS is underwhelming. The rest I haven't played enough.

Eel Yddeg
ATWAS would be up there, but I think it MIGHT be overdubbed, the vocals sound a little too perfect, for example.
