  1. Happy birthday sister. Sending love and hugs.
  2. To hell with good hell. Hope this helps. PS I am undecided.... Not sure about the Saints obsession. PSS.. Points for his beautiful hair...
  3. Hugs to you. Anniversaries are always tough, try to focus on the good memories.
  4. The Who by far.. I Prefer Roger's voice, the Ox's bass, Keith's drumming, Pete's songwriting, and all the craziness of the Who's live performances.
  5. Yes, I bought it back in 1967 and was totally mesmerized by it. Was 10 years old at the time. I do remember being sad as a page had been turned, and the Beatles I was used to had changed.
  6. Happy Birthday, you old geezer... Haha. One of my all time favorites too.
  7. HI, dear Lorraine. Sending love and hugs your way.
  8. Sorry I'm late to the party. Love you, Earl! Happy birthday!
  9. Those are my top 3, but Quadrophenia got my vote
  10. Rod!!! Are you serious? I'm off to bed but I caught your comment. I just posted how excited I am about seeing Maiden and Ghost in Oakland but man I can't stand GERS! A waste of time and money and guitar. Useless! They don't need him at all!!! WHY??? Quite the GERsKOFF! IRON MAIDEN DOESN'T NEED THREE GUITARS! CAPS ON! Gers co wrote Dance of Death which is an amazing song, so I give him points for that... He is the most acrobatic of the 3 guitars, too. Haha. I don't get 3 guitars either. Oh well, as long as he stays out of the way and doesn't block my view of Bruce or Steve when I see them in July, that's all I ask, haha.
  11. RIP, John. In particular, I loved his work with Asia... An amazing voice in my books.
  12. I love you, Earl. And I think that is so neat you are taking your Dad. I'm going to see MAIDEN, MAIDEN, MAIDEN ( as the Brazillian fans chant, haha) in Toronto with my son... I don't know anything about Ghost except they wear weird masks, haha. But, you should never judge a book by its cover.
  13. I will try to get Toronto tickets... I'd be willing to put up with crappy Toronto traffic if I can see them. I saw them in April 2016 and they have lots of energy, especially Bruce and Steve, so I hope they keep going as long as their health is good.
  14. "Who really cares?" --- Apparently, everyone in this thread except you. Yes... apparently... And you have no clue as to how classless your first post was. Do not really care to be honest... Hey everybody... This is a thread avoiding negativity. It's about sending out love to a member many of us cherish. So please refrain from participating in this thread unless you can meet that criteria. Thank you.
  15. I'm creating this topic because I miss Lorraine and I am worried. I hope you see this, sister. I've left a PM for you. Sending my love and prayers your way.
  16. Haha, this poll made me laugh. Wanted to vote for Nickelback, they being Canucks... BUT couldn't do it.... His voice... Kills it for me... Voted for bears...
  17. Gordon Lightfoot (even though he's not rock). He is a national treasure.
  18. 1. Heart full of Soul by the Yardbirds 2. I'd love to Change the World by Ten Years After 3. Baby Blue by Badfinger 4. Yesterday by the Beatles 5. Midnight Confession by the Grassroots These songs have been listened to thousands of times by my ears and always give me the chills. Sometimes they even bring tears.
