Lettuce, tomato, onion (grilled or not), mushrooms (if I get the chance), and bleu cheese crumbles.  I love bleu cheese on a lot of things as well as Bleu Cheese dressing- bleu cheese on a burger, and dressing to dip Pizza or French Fries on those occasions.

The only thing I like with bleu cheese is buffalo wings. And even then I'd rather have ranch dressing.
