Permanent-Rush Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 I do not know what that writing is in the top left corner. What is it? http://pre06.deviantart.net/b03c/th/pre/i/2016/203/e/6/cheap_trick_at_budokan_vinyl_by_surrender74-daazom9.jpg
Mr. JD Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 It looks like someone's initials. My CD doesn't have those markings. Did you buy the LP used?

J2112YYZ Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 The initials are "MP" so obviously this album was previously owned by Mike Portnoy. 5
blueschica Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 I thought it looked familiar; then I remembered I used to have a poster of astrological symbols. If you don't want to think about it being Mike Portnoy's, it's also kind of the zodiac symbol for Virgo ( which would be Alex's symbol )) http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp338/plantfan40/Unknown-2_9.jpeg http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp338/plantfan40/Unknown-1_27.jpeg 2

Fordgalaxy Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 The initials are "MP" so obviously this album was previously owned by Mike Portnoy. He wishes he could drum with as much soul as Bun E. Carlos except he's too into technique. Kind of like someone else we know... 1

I can't tell you if the entire Budokan concert was reissued on vinyl, but it's on CD and it sounds great.
