Threshold by the Steve Miller Band, which I always considered the introduction to Jet Airliner. That descending synth chord is pretty trippy.

 

If I could get a ten-minute mix of that, it might help me to fall asleep at night.

My band used to cover this song back in the late 80s. So much fun to play.

The Space Intro in Fly Like And Eagle is great too

 

My favorite is the outro to Swingtown
