Relayer2112
I'm assuming that one of those dogs was Strider of Bron-Y-Aur stomp fame.
theredtamasrule
I'd read that Bonzo took a bit of work to get the hang of Black Dog's rhythm...there's proof, oh but once he did...eventually swings like a m***********.
Blue J
I have this bit on an 11-CD set I have of 'complete' Zeppelin studio outtakes and rehearsals (I'm sure it's not actually complete, but it is a lot of stuff)...though the sound quality in the link here is a bit better than what I have.

Todem
I grew up loving Led Zeppelin.Today, I change the station. Its weird I know. I hear you. I actually got into Zeppelin in my early 20's oddly enough. I could not get enough of them for a decade. Now? Unless it is a deeper album cut/epic I also change the station. Played out to death. Like really played out. I can only take Black Dog, Stairway etc so much. I rarely if ever voluntarily play any album of theirs save for Physical Graffiti and Led Zeppelin II Yet with Rush....I crank Tom Sawyer as loud today as when it was released. Go figure. LOL.
