At the beginning of I Think I´m Going Bald it is some weird sound that I can´t figure out what it is for instrument.

Is it guitar? Or is it keyboard? Or what is it?

Seriously though, Zumbi, I don't know. :)

But you do know what sound I mean?

I know the sound you mean but I couldn't tell you what it is. Its about impossible to describe as well...

Can you give me a time in the song?

I know what you are talking about. I just listened to the beginning of the song.

I don't know what would make that sound.

My guess is, it's a single guitar scratch played and recorded in an echo chamber. :smoke:

It's Alex 1975 running his pick up and then down the guitar strings...

...bruising a chord, with Wah-Wah in an echo chamber. :hail: :smoke:

I think it is a Geddy scream, obviously with a nice analog echo added ... When music was recorded on tape, you could red-line it - in other words, record it super hot to the point of distorting ... This might be the case

I've always thought it was Geddy ... I'm gonna go back and really listen though, as I see there is some doubt here ...
