Just an opinion, but it's not that wish them well is an absolute clunker, although it is probably the weakest song on the record. I think it doesn't work within the context of the other songs due it being more personal in nature.

Took me a full 5 listens to appreciate this song. It has some serious mini jams thrown in and the chorus is infectious and I love Alex's solo section.

My initial impression was more along the lines of a half realized song.....but the more I listened the more it grew on me. Out of all the tracks (I just can't include BU2B2 as that is more of an interlude or a connecting bridge not a song) it is my least favorite....but a solid track.

Not classic, not one that is a must play for me, but it is not a clunker.

Not a clunker on this album.

S&A and CA have no clunkers in my book. All the tunes have unique qualities that keep me from automatically skipping them. Something I do on VT often (skip songs).

My favorite song on the album...

No kidding...the song f'n rocks!

I've been hooked on this one for the last 3 days! 1022.gif

listening to it right now.

To me it says "we are Rush and we are here to rock".

The Anarchist is just freaking perfect. Beginning to think that one may be the gem of the album....it rocks and at the same time has hooks....

YESSSSSSSSS

That's my opinion on that matter.

The Chorus (main riff) is very 60's and threw me for a loop initially....but the rest of the song is so Rush. A little Carve Away The Stone on the verses.

But the jams....oh the jams. That is what picks this song up from a skip to a listen. The jams are that good. And Alex kills it on this song.

Wish Them Well may have Alex's best lead and Neil's best fill!

It isn't a clunker by far!
