I remember seeing Dennis Christopher - in 1990s IT..! :D

He was Eddie in the TV movie version of IT!

The therapist in this cracks me up when he's trying to tactfully reason with Christopher's character after being shot: "BINFORD, you outta you're fuucking mind!"

Halloween IV: The Return Of Michael Myers

Halloween V: The Revenge Of Michael Myers

It's not Halloween yet Baby! http://www.blueblood.net/boards/images/smilies2/pumpking.gif

Course it's not, Duck! :P But I bought the whole set and couldn't wait to get through them! :D

I've only seen the original films from '78 and '81 which I thought were classics. Are the others decent? I assumed they weren't so have passed over the last 3 decades

They're worth a look when you're in the mood JB, I watched them all last Halloween and enjoyed most of them. You should avoid the H2O ones though, these are the ones where Jamie Lee Curtis returns and I didn't enjoy them. So watch the first 6, then skip the next two and yes the remakes with Malcolm McDowell are worth watching too. Make sure you're really in the mood though. Oh and Halloween 3 has nothing to do with the Michael Myers story, but it's still a pretty good film.

Indeed it is! And I finally got to see it after having it laying around for months. I rarely experience a movie where the character makes me question his actions, as much as this one.

My community college performed that on stage in Spring 2012. I take a lot of acting classes there so I'm friends with most of the cast and crew.

Having got all of them, I'm working my way through them all. Though out of sequence because I hadn't got the older ones in time, I'd watched RZH 1 & 2, and both were pretty good. The original two are awesome, the 4th one's good and the 5th one's a bit weird. I've yet to see the 6th one, H20 and Resurrection. The 3rd one I'm undecided as it bears no relation to Michael Myers, Dr Loomis and Laurie Strode. But that was down to John Carpenter, who wanted to take it in a different direction and start off a different franchise with a different theme for Halloween. Only the movie bombed and he had to bring back the three main characters for the 4th one.

Did anyone notice during Dinner At The Hunting lodge (extra feature) when the waiter says "One pork belly" and Alex responds with a "what did you call me?". I have seen that documentary many times, but never noticed until now. Hilarious :laughing guy:
