Silas Lang Posted July 17, 2012 Share Posted July 17, 2012 The Thing(2011), the prequel to the John Carpenter original. I had my doubts but I enjoyed it - very well done. And it got me to watch the original Thing from 1982 (one of the greats!) for the first time in a while. Also for the first time, Galaxy Quest starring Tim Allen, Sigourney Weaver and Alan Rickman.
