troutman
First of all, If this topic has been started please let me know. Just wondering what some of us fans like to do outdoors. Obviously most of you know I flyfishing, but I also like running with my dog Matty, hiking, camping, mountain biking, cross country skiing. I want to start rock climbing but I hate heights, we will see how that goes. What say you?

When I feel that way, I at least force myself to do 50 sit ups a day and walk the dog around the block. It is amazing what the sit ups will do for you. I try to get out and just run about 2 miles or so. I went last night after eating greasy chinese food. Sit-ups are great.. they should be done daily. Pags
This is starting to sound like a personals ad. I like rollerblading, the hot tub and poolside drinks, frisbee, kite flying, hiking, long quad rides to remote places, and I want to get back into running but my legs just won't hear of it.
