He is the coolest man on planet Earth. :sigh: I've returned to the gym and for a long time my formula was to listen to really fast music, dance, rock, etc... to keep me moving but sometimes I felt like harder music was a bit too much so instead I've resorted to listening to My Favorite Headache quite a bit and it just kind of mellows me out but keeps me going. I ripped my CD of MFH to my phone just recently and have been listening to this album after a LONG hiatus.
