Not sure what year, but that's a '60 or '61 Pontiac Ventura, my Father's Father had one of those. You're up Drumnut. That is indeed an 1960 Pontiac Ventura. My dad used to race one just like that. It belonged to my uncle. My uncle had a 1960 Ventura convertable that was stolen. When he went to the dealer to replace stolen one, they didn't have any more 1960 convertibles, and the factories were switching over to the 1961 models. The sales person told him to take this particular coupe for a drive. My uncle told the salesman that he didn't want a coupe. The salesman insisted that he take that one for a drive. My uncle came back from the test drive and said "I'll take it". Turns out, the top Pontiac dealers in the country were rewarded by getting a Ventura with a Nascar engine...which turned out to be the car my uncle bought. My dad said they never lost a race with that car...and he said they also tore through a lot of clutches.
