Smokey and the Bandit was the first movie I saw with a friend, without my parents, in '76 or so...I loved the Snowman. P.S.: Since I'd heard last night Jerry passed, I'd been thinking about my favorite Jerry song. Thanks for the link, Jack Aubrey - the video reminded me that "Amos Moses" was indeed my top Jerry tune. Plus, he did a great job in the acting parts I'd seen him in, including the "Smokey" movies and "The Waterboy." I didn't realize he was in "Bat 21," though I'd only seen parts of that movie.
