Some are loose playing live, some play songs exact, etc. But Rush is just mindblowing to see Live. So, if i was hypothetically going to a desert island and could only bring 5 CDs , these would be them: so i would vote for the Lives. 1. Different Stages 2. Exit Stage Left 3. Rush in Rio 4. A show of Glands (neil's humor) 5. All the worlds a Stage. But if you said , no Live albums or compilations it would be no surprises - their prime works - the concept songs are too good to pass up having. 1. moving pictures 2. signals 3. permanent waves 4. Farewell to Kings 5. Hemispheres p.s. : All the newer material i would have freshly ingrained in my head from seing them so many times live over the last decade, that i wouldnt need the CDs.
