Can anyone help Does she want to use the whole banner to use in a forum? If so, she'll want it as a .gif file, not a .jpg. There's a transparency layer that would make it look wrong if converted into anything but a .gif. (You may notice some of the banners here have an unsightly black box around them -- those people saved their banner either as a .png of .jpg file.)
