Kudzu
QUOTE (The O' Sullivan Factor @ Jun 15 2008, 07:28 AM) eh... Hail to the Thief has some superb material (stuff like "The Gloaming") but it also has some real stinkers (stuff like "I Will"). While it's (of course) more good than bad I'd still put it after OKC, Kid A, and In Rainbows Agreed.
The Rocinante
Just bought myself The Best of 4xLP set for $60...It's pretty expensive but I knew I'd be kicking myself if it doubled/tripled in price after it came out, like the NIN box set.
Mandalorian Hunter
I'll be bumping this thread while they play the UK. Last night's setlist was; '15 Step' 'Bodysnatchers' 'All I Need' 'The National Anthem' 'Pyramid Song' 'Nude' 'Weird Fishes/Arpeggi' 'The Gloaming' 'Dollars And Cents' 'Faust Arp' 'There There' 'Just' 'Climbing Up The Walls' 'Reckoner' 'Everything In Its Right Place' 'How To Disappear Completely' 'Jigsaw Falling Into Place' 'Videotape' 'Airbag' 'Bangers + Mash' 'Planet Telex' 'The Tourist' 'Cymbal Rush' 'You And Whose Army' 'Idioteque' People felt cheated by this setlist. How the f**k can people be cheated and dissapointed by this setlist?! The complaints have been that they didn't play enough classics, played to many album songs rather than singles (Thank you, Best of), and played too much new stuff . Why do people not understand that this tour is to support In Rainbows and showcase it live? Personally, if they play most of In Rainbows, with Planet Telex making an appearance at Manchester, I would die.
Kudzu
Holy shit that's a good setlist.
Fritter
Went to see the second night at Victoria Park, they seemed very cheerful - no more first night nerves - and changed the setlist to include a few more of their popular favourites: 'Reckoner' '15 Step' 'There There' 'All I Need' 'Lucky' 'Nude' 'Weird Fishes/Arpeggi' 'Myxomatosis' 'National Anthem' 'Faust Arp' 'No Surprises' 'Jigsaw Falling Into Place' 'Optimistic' 'Videotape' 'Everything In Its Right Place' 'Idioteque' 'Bodysnatchers' - - - 'House of Cards' 'The Bends' 'Bangers and Mash' 'My Iron Lung' 'Karma Police' - - - 'Go Slowly' '2+2=5' 'Paranoid Android' As Larry David would say: "Pretty, prettyyy, prettyyyyyy, GOOD!" Perfect sound, stunning lighting effects (and it was only just nighttime).

Rush!
I finally bought the standard digipak release of In Rainbows the other day from Best Buy-- I listened to it for the first time in a couple of weeks on some quality headphones and it sounded unbelievable... like the sound was crystal-clear and I could pretty much hear every single instrument and sound that's going on. Rush!
I realize this is a disappointment to you, but I haven't grabbed tickets for any of their shows-- I was considering it for a while and then I soon found out that I didn't even enough money to afford the tickets. PuppetKing2112
Amnesiac is definitely a grower. In fact, I'd say try Kid A first.

Mandalorian Hunter
It was one of the most awesome experiences I've ever had. Definitely the best band I've ever seen live. The light show was superb, and the sound was crystal clear. Obviously, the setlist was incredible. Photos and videos soon.
