The air was fresh so I took a walk all the way to the end of Lithia Park, which starts at the local Plaza. It's 99 acres follows Ashland Creek up into the forested foothills of the Siskiyou Mountains. We had a massive flood ten years ago and that part of the creek washed out the trail right up to the hillside. The new bridge there was the only way to fill that gap. I love that part too.
