He's like Michael Brecker RIP and Steve Lukather, a wanted man who always makes himself available if possible...

Buckethead's IN SEARCH OF THE Discs 1-4 (IN SE)

What we have here is rock, jazz, blues, avant garde pop, funk and all manner of weird and wonderful other stuff that's impossible to nail down with a description. Disc 2 is my favourite of these 4, coolest tunes...

I can't remember that one offhand, this is one album that takes LOTS of time to soak up...

Yeah this one is like Prince, he's got that funk thing going on...

I was impressed with his jazz stuff on the first disc (track three). Not only does it sound like genuinely authentic jazz, his licks are really going somewhere melodically and harmonically...

Yes, Tales from Topographic Oceans. biggrin.gif

Their best, but by a hair. Relayer is almost as good, and appealing in much different ways.

Arcade Fire - Neon Bible

I listened to this today, for the 9th time total since its release, and it's really growing on me. The entire album is nearly flawless, but I'm not very fond of "Ocean Of Noise". Otherwise it's such a unique album, lyrically dark in some places. My favorite tracks are "Intervention", "Windowsill", and "No Cars Go".
