Driven probably isn't my favorite T4E anymore, but it was this day. Far Cry really has no competition- it's been the best off S&A since day one.  
I love Countdown, and Signals remains strong at having 4 songs left before it waves goodbye. 
Goose, the NASA clips not only don't detract, they're essential. :)
High Water has always been a favorite off HYF, but it's only the last few years it's risen to 2nd. 
Manhattan Project has a singular moment that is my favorite off PoW, but as a whole it's only great. Just not greater than 2 other PoW songs.

Theme:    The Weapon, Entre Nous and Time Stand Still combine good music and great lyrics, and are three of the exceptions to the general principle of music over lyrics.   There's been hate expressed for The Weapon above so this might be the most controversial of the bunch, except for goose who views Part 1 of Cygnus unlistenable and amateurish, even cringeworthy.    But I enjoy it.    BU2B is an unabashed rocker which is always going to rate highly in my book.

 

#35 will make it abundantly clear that I did not  consider videos at all in these rankings.   

Ok - going to launch a few shocks here.

 

Time Stand Still is my #3 Rush song.  Clearly I like it a lot more than you do.

 

The Weapon is a good song but Rush has better.  Would likely not be in my top 100.

 

BU2B turns me off big time.  If it was #133 that would be way to high.  Remember hearing it when they played it live and being like "ok, it awesome their will be a new Rush album.  But this?  Yuck!!  Lets hope this is the one dog off the album.  Its terrible - its like VT".  Unfortunately it was not the only song I disliked from CA - there was a bunch.

 

Cygnus X-1 - very good song.  Not big arguments.

 

Entre Nous - very good song.  No arguments with this ranking either

Driven is an ok song IMO but nothing really special - would not be in my top 100.  Has its moments but Rush has better.

 

Countdown - used to be filler material for me but then Rushgoober (anybody remember Rushgoober?) convinced me to give it another try.  Got to like it.  Might crack my top 100.  Might not.  But Like it a lot more than I used to.

 

Far Cry - good song.  Top 100?  Likely.  Maybe not.  But again, Rush has a lot that are better.

 

High Water - the one weak song Rush did over the trilogy of albums (Power Windows, HYF, Presto) where I consider Neil to have done his best lyric writing.  The more I think about it - likely not top 100.

 

Manhattan Project - very good song.  Could be top 25.  No argument with this ranking.

On an album where they had an unfortunate misstep with rapping and tried a bunch of other questionable gimmicks, be needed a bar-rock love song. Ewwww, right? Nah, this song is great, and has always stood out to me as a highlight from the album. It has a nice riff and great vocals, and I especially love the chorus - it really fits in well with the conviction of the whole album. "I don't believe in destiny/Or the guiding hand of fate/I don't believe in forever/Or love as a mystical state". Underrated tune.

The Garden is probably one of those songs that is polarizing in the Rush community.   I think that the lyrics are poignant, enough to carry it to this level, though the music is inarguably slow.    On the other hand, the lyrics to By Tor have not aged well, but the song is full of proggy metal goodness.    The solo in TAK is what brings it to this level and elevates a good song to great.    Anyway, hate away!

I love The Enemy Within more than you, but honestly when you have it top 30 is there really any difference?

The Garden is a fine song that slips really far for me due to the music, but there's nothing wrong with the music. I like faster/heavier generally. I appreciate people rating it high, the lyrics are excellent.

Agree completely about Analog Kid. In fact I wish the solo was more up front in the mix because it's so good.

By-Tor is a song inspired by a dog- Biter.

I dig the lyrics because it's always felt current on purpose.

 

But I also have it very high, and it's the music that does it. When the band tears into a song on those early albums they really throw everything they have into it.

Dreamline is by far the best track on RtB, and it sees that album out the door sneaking into the top 30. 
Title track off AFTK leaves that album hanging by a thread.
Circumstances was once by far my least favorite off Hemispheres. It's long since passed the Trees by, but it's never going to catch the other two. Still, 28th is pretty good.
Grand Designs suffers a lot from excessive 80's bells and whistles, and STILL stands strong at 27th. It would have been amazing on Signals, dialing back the glamour a bit. 
The Weapon is an excellent song managing to stand up to the "Fear" connection quite well. 

Both Grand Designs and The Weapon can occasionally sneak into the top 20. Maybe next time.

The Garden is probably one of those songs that is polarizing in the Rush community.   I think that the lyrics are poignant, enough to carry it to this level, though the music is inarguably slow.    On the other hand, the lyrics to By Tor have not aged well, but the song is full of proggy metal goodness.    The solo in TAK is what brings it to this level and elevates a good song to great.    Anyway, hate away!

For me Driven is a decent song but Rush has done many that are better.  Not in my top 100.

 

The Enemy Within is the same thing.  Good song but Rush has better.  Likely not in my top 100.

 

The Garden - another good song but again, Rush has better.  Likely (yet again) not in my top 100.

 

The Analog Kid - o heck yes,  Clearly a top 50 song.  Might be top 25.  Feels just about right.  Excellent song.

 

By Tor & the Snowdog - wow.  I have this much higher.  I agree the music is full of prog metal goodness (I like that phrase a lot so I am going to use it here) but I am more than fine with the lyrics.  Perhaps I like some cheese in my music.  For me this song is #8 overall.  Yup - #8.

Dreamline - for me this was once a top 25 song but its not aged well.  Still a top 100 song but not certain exactly where.  Much lower than this is likely.

 

A Farewell to Kings - someplace in the top 100 is like.  But someplace lower than this.  Good song though.  But Rush just has better.

YYZ is a perfect instrumental, but it's still an instrumental, so it does well at 25th.
Spirit has an amazing sound that suffers from overplay. But suffer? It's in the top 25. So not much suffering. 
Tom Sawyer is in the same situation as Spirit. Tom Sawyer was by far the coolest thing I had ever heard when I heard it on the radio. It should be higher, but it's my list based on the likelihood I want to hear it or another song on any given day. So it remains here for now. 
By-Tor has the band destroying all matter in the universe. It needs to be high on fire alone.
Digital Man has grown and grown and grown for me. I love this song. It could be higher next time.

No complaints at all. I love Clockwork, and I still have two songs from that album to go. I have Headlong Flight a lot lower, partly because they already wrote Bastille Day but mainly because the songs I have higher are better. :)

Bastille Day is great, but again I have two other songs off Caress to go that are better (although both are decidedly imperfect versions of themselves and Bastille Day they got right. I just like the overall of the other two better.)

Jacob's Ladder is a wonderful epic that should have either been an instrumental only, or a grander, more lyrical epic. It finds the happy medium and is a very nice song. It's not this good, though. 

Anthem is a nice intro into the newer, improved Rush, but Fly By Night has 4 better songs on it. 

Working Man is way too high. For another band, perhaps one that went by the same name but was definitely a different band, this song is a clear number one. It's pure fire, and it is always a welcome listen. It's the best song in many a hard rock band's repertoire. But for Rush- the band that I know and love? Working Man doesn't ever see the top 50. But no complaints- Working Man is one of the most powerful song rock radio has ever played. It shows off everything Geddy and Alex had to offer and I'm glad they formed a new band also called Rush with that Neil guy.

YYZ is a perfect instrumental, but it's still an instrumental, so it does well at 25th.
Spirit has an amazing sound that suffers from overplay. But suffer? It's in the top 25. So not much suffering. 
Tom Sawyer is in the same situation as Spirit. Tom Sawyer was by far the coolest thing I had ever heard when I heard it on the radio. It should be higher, but it's my list based on the likelihood I want to hear it or another song on any given day. So it remains here for now. 
By-Tor has the band destroying all matter in the universe. It needs to be high on fire alone.
Digital Man has grown and grown and grown for me. I love this song. It could be higher next time.

YYZ - its near the bottom of my list.  Is it better than Dog Years, Virtuality and all VT?  Yes.  Better than some of the poor material from CA?  Yes.  Better than The Necromancer?  Maybe.  But thats about it.  The first time I listed to MP I was like "What an awesome album, esp. the first side.  But the first side has a problem.  Its has 2 awesome songs, then this dog that eliminates all its momentum.  Then another song.  Take that YYZ our and if you replaced it with Freewill then you would have a great side one.  But YYZ ruins it."  I tried over the years to get to like it and for a while I got to tolerate it but now it feels like a jackhammer is operating near to my ear when I listen to it.  Yes, its about as musical as a jackhammer (IMO).  I said it.

 

The Spirit of Radio - as you said, it suffers from overplay.  Its fallen for me.  Once a top 10 song now its likely not in my top 50.  Maybe my top 75.  Still good but Rush just has better (thats another problem it has).

Both the Necromancer and Fountain are flawed, The former by a narration choice that is silly and diminishes the song on repeated listens. But I guess on this day I was really into Alex's performance, which is incredible. Still, I need to be more consistent in evaluating the whole song. Although I guess my criteria in this list was just a simple "do I want to listen to the next song more, or less, than this one" applied here that day. The Fountain loses it's cohesion musically midway, they weren't quite there in writing epics yet, but the metaphor of the progression of a human life told through music works for me very well. 

Seven Cities was my initial favorite off Clockwork and I stand by it, although for some reason many find it quite weak.

Territories is the most lyrically true to my basic world view, so it will always be important to me. It's not complex, but I was 15 when it came out and it really spoke to me then. 

The Camera Eye has jumped in the ratings over the years, and I don't know why. Passing 2112, Fountain, Necromancer, By Tor, to become a major player among Rush epics. No particular reason, though. I just really like it now.
