pjbear05
Comedy writer and stand up comedian Paul Mooney passes away at 79 in Los Angeles of a heart attack. Mooney wrote a good bit of material for Richard Pryor. He was also the co-creator and inspiration for Homey D. Clown, recurring player in the In Living Color show. I best remember him for his attempts to explain black culture to the uneducated in his Chappelle Show skits Ask A Black Dude. A seriously funny guy. RIP, Paul. https://abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/wireStory/pioneering-comic-paul-mooney-writer-pryor-dies-79-77781913

Derek19
I've been sorry, to hear, see, and read this. He, and Richard wrote some funny comedy collaborations together. He will, and should be missed, and remembered. My condolences, to his family, and friends. R.I.P., Paul. Edited May 20, 2021 by Derek19
