Lightly bruised my lower right back getting out of bed. SoCal had 3 in the past month but the other one didn't go that far inland since it was in Malibu. I enjoyed a 5.something earthquake in SLC in 2020 right as covid hit, in a brick house. I hated it.

Piss money away on a sports car. Try to keep it under $70,000 Hell just buy a targa top C6, that's a value option. Weekend car anyway right? Mostly. For a $15K savings I could wind up in a very nice low mileage C7.

It’s a good idea C7 interiors are not embarrassing Good old boy V8, still more power than those German straight sixes some guy at C&C had a red C4 ZR1 today. Crazy window sticker, with the ZR1 package doubling the cost of the car. He revved that thing to redline multiple times right off a cold start too

That One Guy
"Get out of those stupid high-cost urban areas and just buy a $120k house in a small town" Terrific advice. Instead of whining and waiting, people can use tools not available twenty five years ago to find a decent job in a 50K - 300K population community thus affording a nice $120K house.
