  3. Depending on the time of day, my #1 favorite band is Rush Yes Led Zeppelin The Choir The 77s Asia ELO Larry Norman Iron Maiden U2
  4. Up to $321.12. (Yes, I noticed the last four digits.) Ridiculous.
  5. Dennis DeYoung-Styx. His hard-working, blue-collar approach make him relatable to the working class while staying true to the cause of rock n roll.
  6. Freddie Mercury- Queen. He possessed the pomp and the ambition to elevate the band to legendary heights. Robert Plant- Led Zeppelin/Band of Joy/et. al. His dynamic range, emotion, and gusto for rock (later expanding to world music and other eclectic, hybridized tunes) send shivers up my spine.
  7. Where did you come up with this analysis? The LAME SAUCE recipe from a very bad fortune cookie?
  8. Skip the reviews and the biased critics. This movie ruled.

  10. The Violet Burning Rock Is Dead These five little words "I love you to death" Are changing my heart on and on You're out of the grave I love you to death Your love goes on on and on You left a song in my heart And no one was listening "Rock is dead. Rock is dead!" they say No way no way This world will destroy All that we hold dear Yet your love goes on and on And heaven and earth will fade away Yet your love goes on on and on You left a song in my heart And no one was listening "Rock is dead. Rock is dead!" they say No way, no way, no way! I love you to death Don't leave this way I love you to death Don't leave this way You left a song in my heart Yeah. You left a song in my heart "Rock is dead. Rock is dead!" they claim No way no way no way!
  11. Creativity is "often" an outlet for mental illness or trauma? I have never seen, read or heard anything that would support such a claim. One could easily argue that highly creative people have "problems" because the rest of us are too slow or repressed to accomodate their genius. I'm living proof of that creativity rule. I imagine I'm not the only one.
  12. If the Analog Kid doesn't move you, I question if you have a heart.
  13. The Kansas DVD IMO rivals Rush's for excellence.
  14. Asia has also had an awesome history of covers, with Rodney Matthews and Roger Dean contributing.
  15. I definitely want to c@nt punt that little shit every time I see it. I'm expecting the old guy to calmly remove a nine mil from his jacket pocket and use that disturbing little wanker for target practice. :D
  16. Geddy Lee- My Favorite Headache Mark Pogue & Fortress- Bride of Restoration
  17. Terry Gilliam's Brazil. What a mind-trip.
  18. Detest AC/DC with a passion. Priest for me!
