  1. http://justpic.info/images/4854/iqf1as.jpg 6 out of 5 stars :ebert:
  2. I've used Resolve, I think, for coffee stains. It was good, but nothing compared to the overall cleanliness of a detailer's work! I had it done after quitting smoking to help with the smell and whatnot, and it was great. But that and just scrubbing the christ out of the mud/coffee/melted crayon with Resolve got the inside of my vehicle clean enough!
  3. I accepted a teaching position at a DAEP school. 7th-12th grades. Science. A bit scary, a bit exciting.
  4. *runs away from member title* :goodone: Yeah, coming from someone who associates with the body electric I don't follow for good opinion... TG was referring to HIS member title, "Net Boy," not my username. And for the record, I didn't choose "1-0-0-1-0-0-1" because I love "Body Electric." It's an okay song musically, but it's my least favorite track on GUP. I chose the name simply because it makes for an unusual username. And TG, your member title is still pretty cool -- it's a better member title than it is a lyric. That it is! Related- I was going through some old accumulated "junk" and found some old stuff from "Net Girl." Talk about a blast from the past! Also, The Body Electric > Red Lenses.
  5. Make up setlists (including Jacob's Ladder and Xanadu, of course). And drinking heavily until next tour/album.
  6. Well. That was equal parts surprising, wtf, and awesome.
  7. You should check out "The Excorcism of Emily Rose" and "The Rite". I think both are decent modern movies about excorcism. I've read a lot about the increase in the number of excorcists being used by the Roman Catholic church. Demons or not, believe or not, there IS an increase in the number of those jobs. Emily Rose was terrifying! Never heard of The Rite, but will check it out next time I'm in the mood for a good scare.
  8. Demon stuff scares me. In theory, I don't believe. In practice, The Exorcist-type movies scare the bejesus outta me!
  9. Just found this picture from a little road trip while I was living in Jersey. Had to make the awesome stop at Niagara Falls on the way back from Toronto! http://i.imgur.com/CSMlHIh.jpg?1
  10. Senior year of college, I had a neighbor show up massively drunk and pass out in my bed. She was smokin'. But, she had a very angry boyfriend. That was that. My neighbor now is ok because she's too cool to talk to me, and her youngest son is a nice kid (older one is in college, never see him). However, when other people show up to their house to offer a ride, rather than go up and knock like considerate people, they just lean on the horn- no matter the hour. They suck.
  11. Since it's still fresh on my mind from the morning drive- "spiritual machinery..." in CA.
  12. Bumping this because whoever asks how they can help MUST be Geddy.
  13. This might sound a bit dickish- but when certain vehicles tailgate me, it makes me madder than others. Huge, souped up pickup trucks that probably have never done a day of work really piss me off because they tend to be driven by the biggest assholes down here. So when they ride my bumper (I stay within 1-2 mph of the speed limit), I brake tap big time. Just something about those ridiculous trucks, especially the diesels that shoot that nasty burned fuel out, that serve no actual function besides penis compensation and deliberately delivering a giant middle finger to the environment that piss me off to no end. And here, they're driven by spoiled college kids at least 75% of the time. Sorry...
  14. Cory's Twitter account is transparently indicating that he'll be back!!! And you know he won't be back without Snoopy the f**k Dog!! f*ckin right, boys! Let's go get drunk!
  15. f*ckin right, there's a new season coming! Hope to f**k they're going to get most of the old guys back... I guess with Lucy in the military, she's out for f**k's sake. And Phil dead, that's a major f*ckin bummer. Maybe Cory and Trevor will quit being dicks and get the f**k out of the mental hospital and get back to the park. f*ckin right, boys! Gettin drunk as f**k!
  16. Dear 14-year-old TG, Put that cigarette down, you idiot! Signed, Present TG P.S. Your palms aren't going to grow hair, and god hasn't killed a kitten because of you yet. You can keep looking at that swimsuit issue.
  17. Her first Rush show came complete with a Cup appearance? Wow, dude. That's almost too much awesome for one night!!!
  18. I'm not the biggest BTBAM fan, but I may try to catch them in Worcester. I think the theater is only a mile or so away from where I'll be going to college so it would be dumb not to see them (if I have the money, of course). The Contortionist alone is worth the price of admission... holy f**k they rock. Plus The Faceless? Then BTBAM? Oh hell yeah! I don't know The Safety Fire, though
  19. Kind of like Back in Black after losing Bon, I'd call A Dramatic Turn of Events a comeback in some sense of the word (or maybe a general statement, if you like) after the removal of Portnoy from DT. And ADToE kicks ass. Also, let's call every single song Taylor Swift does a "comeback single" because those breakups must be devastating and nearly career-ending.
  20. Pretty sure most of these selection were meant to be inflammatory. Shock "journalism," moving on. Actually, moving backward- still pissed off at the Austin NBC affiliate for their f**k-up last night during OT of the Bruins game and half-assed apology. Now that was a media mess worth getting angry about!
