  4. I hope the bonus content from the Presto tour is of better quality than what's floating around as bootlegs. If it's from either Mountain View or Auburn Hills it would be pretty lousy quality for official release. Hopefully they have managed to track down (much) better copies. Or maybe something we didn't knew existed? :)
  5. Natural Science Limelight The Analog Kid Jacob's Ladder Freewill Red Barchetta The Spirit Of Radio YYZ Tom Sawyer Between The Wheels This one's almost impossible .. To leave out such tracks as Entre Nous, Marathon, Subdivisions, The Cameray Eye, Middletown Dreams ... Shows just how amazing the band was during this period. So much extremely strong material!

  7. I pretty much agree on this. I find the Rush 5.1 mixes to be mostly ok , but there are so much better 5.1 mixes from other bands available. I`m especially a fan of the 5.1 work Steven Wilson does , both With his own stuff and other bands mixes like Jethro Tull, Yes and King Crimson. Amazing stuff. I would love to hear his take on some Rush 5.1 mixes.
  8. They released about 40 minutes from a show in Halifax , and as far as I recall they only released it in the mp3 format.

"The guys at work" is a phrase he has used for many years now , I believe?
  10. Rush soon became my favorite band after being introduced to them in the late 80's. From around 1990 I have been a huge Rush fan.
  11. "Armor and Sword" is the highlight of the "Snakes & Arrows" album for me.

  16. Since the "Vapor Trails" album was originally released in 2002 I loved the album , and to this day rank it as one of the stronger Rush albums. I agree that the record lost some of its "soul" in the remix , but other nuances in the recording make me like the remix very much as well. If listening in headphones , the remix would be my prefered version. But it's always nice to have the original to get back to as well. Still a killer record imo, remixed or not.
