  1. 10 Cloverfield Lane Great suspenseful thriller! But the ending was silly and I thought it brought it down. 7.5/10
  2. My vote goes to Counterparts. The drum set and the dynamics of that album are phenomenal. What do you guys think?
  3. "Roll The Bones" gave us "Ghost Of A Chance." That's another great song
  4. It blew me away both times I saw it live. Fantastic.
  5. For me it's a mixture of their amazing sound coming from just the three of them, their sense of humor that other bands often lack, their incredible musicianship, their interesting songwriting, and how there are different eras and sounds that Rush went through that offer something for everyone. I could go on though.
  6. The Camera Eye has a great ending, it sums the song up very well.
  7. Lerxst. He gives Rush their distinctive sound and is the one who makes it sound like more than 3 people playing.
  8. No particular order I Think I'm Going Bald Face Up Good News First By-Tor and the Snowdog The Necromancer (wayyyyy overrated) Virtuality Dog Years The Speed of Love Stick it Out Red Lenses
  9. The Trees Where would you rather be? Anywhere but here When will the time be right? Anytime but now
  10. sun dogs fire on the horizon meteor rain stars across the night Boy before the mirror Checks his camouflage Polishes his armor And the charger in the garage
  11. It keeps getting better and better! Who would've thought Ming the Merciless would ever write a YBG issue?
  12. I've been listening to CA a lot lately. IMO the only weak song on the album is BU2B2. Everything else is Rush rocking at their hardest. Brilliant album.
  13. Here are mine: (excluding Feedback) Rush - Working Man Fly by Night - Anthem Caress of Steel - The Fountain of Lamenth 2112 - 2112 A Farewell to Kings - Xanadu Hemispheres - Hemispheres Permanent Waves - Natural Science Moving Pictures - The Camera Eye Signals - The Weapon tied with The Analog Kid Grace Under Pressure - Kid Gloves Power Windows - Middletown Dreams Hold Your Fire - Lock and Key Presto - Available Light or Show Don't Tell Roll the Bones - Bravado Counterparts - Everyday Glory Test for Echo - Time and Motion or Test for Echo Vapor Trails - Vapor Trail Snakes and Arrows - Armor and Sword Clockwork Angels - The Anarchist or Clockwork Angels
  14. "Show Don't Tell" from Different Stages sounds fantastic. It's so much heavier with the Jazz bass and the guitar has a meatier tone.
  15. I've put Presto into Audacity and boosted the bass with EQ. You can hear the bass better but it still sounds somewhat distant. I still like the album though.
  16. Just think of what my life could be In a world like I have seen I don't think I can carry on This cold and empty life Ohhhhh Nooooooooooooo...
  17. We hold beliefs as a consolation A way to take us out of ourselves Meditation or medication A comfort or a promised reward...
