I was in the drug store and I faintly heard a Rush song. It was a great song and I never expected to hear it on the radio over the speakers in the store. Just as I was ready to ask the pharmacist what station he had it on, he asked me to turn down my music! Seems I was listening to my phone in the truck and did not turn off the tunes and brought the music inside with me. I did learn one thing. My pharmacist does not like Rush. I may find a new pharmacist.

Whats up with the Grateful Dead? Why are/were they so popular? I don't see anything interesting about them and they sound like a cross between bluegrass and blues? I know a giant fan and he thinks they are the best. I just don't get it.

Looking at the tour dates I see they take only a one day break, before playing again. They are playing every other night. It would seem they could take three, maybe even four days off between shows to rest up. Why do they cram so much into the schedule?

Weed smoke? Last time I smelled pot or smoked pot at a concert was in the 80's. Maybe an outside concert its possible and probable. But since smoking anything is not allowed, how does one even get to smoke at the show? I am asking. I would love to bring a joint. But I would not like being thrown out either. So, are people actually smoking inside at shows, I guess is my question. They were not at the last Rush concert here. Time Machine.

As a customer myself, I can say this attitude thing goes both ways. In particular, customer service reps handing customer phone calls is where I have found the issue. I try my very best not to call anyone and try to work things out myself. But sometimes you have to call them. I can honestly say, most CSR's are polite, but many have no clue as to what they are doing. I had one yesterday from the phone company. His way of doing business was to talk and talk and talk until the customer either hangs up or blows up. I had to tell him to please be quite for one minite so i could ask one simple question. He f***in hung up on me! So, if you work as a CSR and have telephone duties, please see the other side of this argument. The majority of people performing these jobs are highly under paid and under trained. So I do get it.

I printed mine out and they look fine. I even saved the page (might be timed out by now) with the tickets on it. I still will take my order number, the fullpage tickets and the credit card I used to purchse them with. I would verify they are indeed real. Could be a scam? I hope not, but mine printed perfectly from TM.

I am taking the comment as sarcastic as no child at 6 months old has any maturity. Your lucky if they are even potty trained at 6 months. Think about a crying, vomiting and shitting 6 month old next to you. NO effin way!

I don't know about the US, but here in Europe people always complain that "prices have gone up 50% since 1996". Yeah well... but their nominal wages have gone up AT LEAST 70% since 1996. For some weird reason they never remember that. In the US wages have gone down not up. You see the US does not care if a person makes enough to live on. Got to keep McDonalds hamburgers cheap ya know.

Who wants to hear a damn baby crying at a concert? I don't and people who bring kids should turned away at the door. (Toddlers and babies) I am more concerned with the people that spent their hard earned money for tickets and end up with a crying baby close to them. Bringing a baby is selfish.

I did not like the album at first, now i'm quite fond of it. I really like 7 Cities of Gold. Great bass.

Nothing wrong with Tom Petty. However, I miss that mug of howie Epstein on bass and vocals. Grass Dogs at the Filmore was a very very good example of Petty in form.

I was able to get pretty nice seats in Section 108 -- closest lower section Alex side in the Citibank presale. About half way up right on the stage side aisle. You could buy right off the seating chart, and there were plenty to go around without having to pay the VIP/Plats premium for seats. (under $300 for the pair including ticketbastard fees) I wanted seats right in front and was willing to pay for them. I am 20 rows back, but last time I was on the sidelines I was disappointed in the seats. The tickets were for seats 1-4 and I needed two. I ended up with seats 3 & 4. I wanted 1 & 2. Aisle seats. But I will keep a $100 bill in my pocket so when they show up for seats 1&2 I will offer them a quick 100 bucks to move down two seats! Think Greensboro will be sold out?

NC show is going fast too! I just got seats in the 20th row in front of Geddy. Best I could do without waiting and possibly losing my chance. $287 per ticket was not what i wanted to spend until my wife said get as good as you can and do not worry about the money. Well, I still worried a little about money....

Okay. Finally got through to the venu. I have seats 3 & 4, on the 20th row, section C-FLR, Geddy side. $287 each!

I'm ready to bite the bullet and spend the money! Problem is the seating chart. I see rows run from the front to the back in sections A, B, C. 1-48. Seats run perpendicular to the rows side to side. 12 seats in each row for each section. Heres my issue. Where would seats 13 and 14 be on a row that only has 12 seats. I don't get it either. Yesterday I could have bought two tickets 8th row for around $500 each. It said they tickets would be availble on May 26th. The show is on the 28th. Do they mean they are mailing them. (It sure sounded like that). That would leave less than a day to get them. Crazy!

I'm going to take a chance and wait. Not sure about the Greensboro NC. Rush fan base, but it seems this just might be the venue to wait it out. If I miss, I can always get VIP seating for the price. I hope VIP seating will still be availble last minute. Hey Narpiski. What you doing?

I hate to say this, but. Neil Peart is a jerk. I always heard he was different and accepted the fact. And he does have every right to do what he wants. But when I saw him running from the stage at the end of the concert i thought to myself. What a f***ing jerk. In a way they do owe us. We have been paying for music and concerts for over 40 years. Look at how much time is spent here on this forum for example. We have been doing our part. If Neil does not want to tour anymore, he should just say it. It will not end the world. Really it wont.

I love that song on S&A live. The guitar and bass jam is unreal.
