Ya_Big_Tree
I had a vanilla Frosty from Wendy's. :haz: I'm having one of those tonight. Goes nicely with the Bacon Double Cheese and Fries. That is a happy meal! Chocolate's better. But then I am a vanilla snob - it has to be made with REAL vanilla extract. The fake stuff is soooooo gross.Extract? I only use real beans when making ice cream! :) I do use real vanilla extract in french toast and stuff like that. My kids like putting a few drops in their pancakes... I used to be able to drink the vanilla milkshakes from McBarfolds about 8 years ago because they didn't use real milk but now I can't have them. I dunno if they changed their ingredients or what but I break out in hives and swell right up. :( I used to like those.

We used have something similar over here called Curley Wurley.... I think they may still exist... Sheldon, I've no I idea about the holes either.... According to the Old Time Candy site, Curly Wurly is basically the same thing as Marathon. I get mine from Penzey's, the real honest-to-god Madagascar vanilla extract, high-quality stuff.

I remember feeding a few of these to my horses when I was a kid. If you've ever seen a dog that's been given peanut butter make funny faces and tongue movements it's nothing compared to a horse trying to get caramel off of its teeth.
