I expect the tougher victory for Rush in this poll.

I really love Fountain, and consider it a great track, but AYAI is a masterpiece.

Fountain is good, make no mistake, but AYAI blows it away,,,,saying that, it blows most stuff away, so it's no embarrassment to the Rush track.

Fountain is a mess. I dont know how Rush fans even rate it. Load of bollocks.

AYAI is 2nd best song on a flawless album.

Here I see six votes difference in favor of Yes. That is a good thing in this case.

I didn't even have to think twice.

And I love Lamneth, but it doesn't come close to anything on Close To The Edge.

I don't even really like Yes but I voted for their song in this match up. Lamneth is a good song but not great.

Not even close ... (to the edge)

Amidst the hootin' an a hollerin' .... the opening chords of AYAI will reduce a 20,000 amphitheatre full of grown men and women to tears.
The rest of the track is not bad either.

I love the Fountain, it's in my top ten Rush songs, but And You and I is in my top five songs by anyone.

This is one of the RARE polls on this board where Rush is easily crushed. Surprising for me, really.

I bet 1000$ that Ancient Ways easily went with Rush song.
And this is one of the rare polls where EagleMoon picked a non-Rush song against Rush song.

    The Musical Box w/TRF CAT3 - Feb ***
    Robin Trower - Mar
    Leo Kottke - Apr
    Dead & Co. - June
    Foo Fighters - Jul

I was at this show and remember being on the edge of tears.   The crowd gave Yes the standing ovation they deserved.   You could tell the band, especially Jon was overwhelmed by the response.

AYAI is my vote.

I've gone for Fountain Of Lamneth, as I'm unfamiliar with And You And I.

If AYAI is the studio version off CTTE, then I'd go with Fountain of Lamneth - but if it's the version off Yessongs, sorry, that one is a knockout.
