They have said Neil likes to record, so it does sound like there could be new material in the future based how positive Al n Ged have spoken about that. As far as live shows, since there wouldn't be anything close to a tour, could involve a band, if Neil is adamant about no more live shows...a band with definitely Ged, perhaps Al that would need to bill themselves as something other than Rush. It's incredible the high standard Rush is held to (as some bands tour under a famous classic band name, and the only connection is the drummers 14th cousin twice removed is in the band). There is no other line up that would get me to a RUSH show, nor do I believe any fraction of the boys would perform a show without any other. Your fantasy is just that. This is a singular band. Another tour would probably be at least 2 years away. That is why I'm making hay while the sun shines and going to YYZ and Montreal to see them again.
