No one wants to see them go out as a casino band, but we all wish they could play and sing as well as they did 30 years ago. (and be that young again). rocket ignites Posted April 30, 2015 Share Posted April 30, 2015 Yes and no. I try to eliminate all selfishness and say thanks for 40+ years of amazing music. I only wish I joined the Rush fandom at a younger age. I will be quite disappointed if they are finished writing/recording. The end of touring would make sense after R40. kena2112 Posted May 8, 2015 Share Posted May 8, 2015 Yes and No for me as well. These past 6 years with my husband we have gotten to see them 4 times. I love them with all my heart but because I do, I understand. Neil is battling with shoulder issues and soreness, Ged's voice is not as strong as it once was. They deserve to rest. Just like some of you, we always have our memories and of course tons of music to listen too.
