Presto-digitation
I try not to see bad movies in the theater. Sometimes it doesn't work, but most of the times I don't go unless I'm fairly certain I'll like it.
invisible airwave
I try not to see bad movies in the theater. Sometimes it doesn't work, but most of the times I don't go unless I'm fairly certain I'll like it. Been this way for the past year. The only 2013 release is a movie that came out 20 years ago, Jurassic Park. I rely on Redbox since it saves me money and I'm tired of the hassle and rude crowds. I really want to see Star Trek and This Is The End soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad, though.

invisible airwave
Speaking of AE, I've been watching The Happening on FX this week. It still holds up well 5 years later along such "so bad it's funny" classics as Wicker Man (Crazy Cage Edition) and The Room. "Cheese and crackers!" Every passenger had their own screen and multiple channels so we didn't HAVE TO watch it. I kept changing back and forth between that and the other films that were available. I did see most of it though. And I remember watching The Passion of Christ on that same flight...but I couldn't watch that again and again over the course of a 13 hour flight. It's wrong because it's like against society. It's wrong because everybody has the right to watch a movie and be happy without seeing something terrible and crappy.
presto123
No way. Spring Breakers is the worst movie. I don't care if Selena Gomez is in her underwear:)
Babycat
Two hours of my life I'll never get back. http://www.comingsoon.net/gallery/88691/White_House_Down_27.jpg Image didn't come through. They probably don't allow hotlinking. Can I assume it's "White House Down"?Sorry, yes "White House Down" It works on my computer. I love action movies but this movie was actually painful to watch. In many action movies I can put up with the corny clichés, weak storyline and bad acting, but at some level the movie has to work. This movie didn't work at any level. It didn't work because it was directed by Roland Emmerich, who also brought you such hits as Independence Day, The Day After Tomorrow, Godzilla, and 2012. He likes to blow up famous buildings but he has no idea how to develop story lines or characters. I didn't love Independence Day, but it wasn't terrible. I didn't like 2012 or Day After Tomorrow at all.I actually really liked Independence Day - 2012 and Deep Impact scared the white-hot s*** outta me. Adam Sandler needs to quit while he's behind. He made a couple of funny movies a long time ago but now it's a real gamble to see one of his flicks. drbirdsong
I just checked IMDB and Showgirls was released September 22, 1995, the first day of Fall so it just missed out on being the worst Summer movie of all time. It does still retain the title for several "worsts" though.
