I think the album overall is good, but I am not happy with electric guitars being used on some of the songs. The solo on Red Barchetta sounded straight from some 1980's glam band. I want an orchestra, not some cheap cover band. I agree that Subdivisions was the best of the lot.

Overture is f***ing epic.

Subdivisions is also great. The rest are horrible choices.

Hemispheres would've worked better, as would Cygnus X-1.

I agree Overture was great, most of the rest kinda miss the mark!

Weird. There's a part of me that likes this though. Great songs translate to any media.

Subdivisions was cool - especially with the British accent on the vocals. :)

I feel like Exit Stage Right was better

That was AMAZING.

I'll get this new one eventually.

Santa brought this for Christmas. I think I like it as much as Exit..Stage Right. I don't like the vocals on Subdivisions at all though. They should have kept it instrumental. Pretty amazing performances though. Didn't think Rothery's solo on Working Man worked (oops!) but the the more I listened to it the more it unfolded before me. I think's it's pretty cool now. Curious to know if he chose that song or it was assigned.
